Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns if the product is opened.

Incase if you want to return wrong purchase product and sealed product, kindly write to sales@arrtx-india.com, our team will get back to you with the process. 

 

Cancel your order


Please contact us before the order is shipped, and we will cancel the order for you and refund the full money to your account.

If your order has shipped, please contact us. And your order refund will be deducted the courier fee, return fee and restocking fee.  Thank you for your understanding.

We will calculate the following fees and deduct them from your refund.
The fees we charge are as follows:
Restocking fee + courier fee and return fee for order canceled after shipment


Damages and issues

Please provide photos of the damaged package, including the label on the box/bag. Secondly, please provide pictures of the damaged product. We will check the damage and deal with it according to the damage. Thank you for your cooperation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
